OpenTTD a1200/e6 port

@Lubomyr how to play OpenTTD on E680i , not work in my phone

This port works only on moto a1200 and E6
I don't have working sdl-enviroment for creating port for moto e680/a780

Tried on E6 sandman's 10p...not working
Nothing happens when I run it.

Working fine now, just needed to fix the libraries

- added support phone event (call, sms, flip, ...)
- returning in game working but without sound (try to fix in next version)
- some windows size fix by schumifan

if game won't start try install & run sdl-games-enviroment , then press update button
