Guys sorry but when i open RSD lite 3.5 i click on yan0 file and then in rsd i click on start nothing happends??? can some experts help me out

I'm having a strange problem with RSDLite3.5. I can get the program to cycle through 100% of RAM Loader but then the phone will shutoff while the program says "Waiting for re-enumeration". The phone will not restart afterwards.The program will then say...

"Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. Phone(0000); Phone did not re-enumerateafter RAM-downloader was sent. (0x703E); phone disconnected."

I thought I had bricked my phone but apparently I had to remove & reinstall the battery to get the phone to restart.

So has anybody experienced this same problem before? I tried using a different version of RSDLite (3.8 to be precise) but it still does the same thing.

I noticed that another fellow on earlier reply experienced the same problem but eventually figured it out. I was hoping he'd post post how he got it to work. Unfortunately he didn't go into much detail. Perhaps anyone else would like to share how to get RSDLite to flash the phone completely? I've done the procedure about a dozen times now and I'm still getting a FAIL everytime.

Any assistance/help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I finally figured it out as well.

Turns out it was solved by doing a few things. Some of which may or may not have been necessary, but they all helped in some way I suppose.

- switched to a different USB port on the PC
- reinstalled the RSDLite drivers
- fully charged the phone before synching with RSDLite.
- deleted everything on the phone (vanilla'd it) just to make sure that everything was as it came out of the factory.

After doing all of this RSDLite went though the RAM Loader cleanly. Phone automatically restarted afterwards and re-enumerated the data to RSD Lite as detailed in the instructions. Installed mpkg through yano's files and it installed right away. Installed a bunch of games (10 games I think) and around 10 other .pkg apps in one sitting. Restarted the phone, checked the card registry file in the .system folder for any missing or misplaced text (cut & pasted as necessary) then did one last restart.

As a finale I went ahead and installed the iPhone skin with earkin's SkinInstaller then.... BAMMM!............"HELLO MOTO!!!"

I finally have a fully loaded, iPhone skinned MotoMing. Needless to say I had a good nights sleep afterwards.

I am having issues getting mkpg to work on my phone. I tried to install a different version that the one listed at the start of this thread. MPKG showed up in my appz list, but I couldn't use it. kept getting some error. This thread mentions RSDlite as the app to use, but also has in parenthesis that RadioComm could also work, but what do I do? I am stumped

HEy guys

I have been reading these forums for a long time and really appreciate the effort everyone puts in. i was wondering if i could get a bit of help and i cant find the solution to this problem.

A few days back, i had the swapmem file turned on and without realising that it was on connected it to my computer and was doing a few file transfers. After i unplugged the usb from my phone my phone froze so i simply turned it off and on. After this i found that all pkg and jar files that i had installed on my phone had dissapeared, which is not too bad becoz i can reinstall them. Except i cant install MPKG again. I have 25p software and had used yan0 25p mpkg version. I tries it again recently and while the mpkg icon shows up as i try to use it it says it is an invalid application. ANy help is appreciated. thanks

Srsly guys need help. Admin can u please help me out. mpkg was working then all of a sudden dissapeared. it is explained in the previous post. i have run the yan0 mpkg for 25p sbf file many times. while the whole thing is run sucessfully no mpkg actually appears. help please thanks

When you say installed on your phone - do you mean installed on your SD card (I am assuming the ones on your phone are ok?). Did you try the solutions listed at bottom of FAQ sticky?

If those did not work then sounds like your CardRegistry file in your .system folder has become corrupted. I would suggest deleting the whole .system (using Explorer from PC), then remove phone and computer, turn off and on and let the phone create a new one. Then try to reinstall MPKG.
