i need radiocomm. Anyone care to link to it or post it?

This is the initial link to the post on ccmove by Bint about EDGE on 24P..
Not much follow up or clearification though..looks like data network isn't that widely used in china..
CONFIRMED
I just mod my phone using radiocomm, and E does appear and I can tell the speed is faster now than before..
BTW..I did the optional mod too, now my phone always display E (before it would always display G) I assume this means I am in EDGE coverage area..
I wonder what will be displayed if I am in a area w/o EDGE support..will my phone display G to indicate GPRS coverage only?
If I didn't do the optional mod, I assume my phone will display G like before (even if not using data network, thus grey out G) then display E when I am actually using data network and makes EDGE connection?
As soon as Radiocom come up and deteacted your phone, look to the far right you will see a bunch buttons, one of them label 'setup button', click that and locate the script you have downloaded and type in the label of the button something like 'Enable EDGE' or what ever you like, then click the button label 'SET'. When done close that window, now you should have a new button labeled the way you name it, just click on it and power cycle your phone.Originally Posted by justthinking

What firmware are you using? I've tested this repeatedly using .08p with no luck. My phone displays the "E" but I don't get any speed increase.
I've triple checked all the seem edits, and, as far as I can tell, everything is set correctly.
Anything else you can think of I should look for?
I am using 08P w/ T-Mobile service...
Same here. Weird.Originally Posted by justthinking
Well, when I say there was no speed increase, I'm going strictly by what HTTP://text.dslreports.com/mspeed reports, so maybe that's my problem.
I should do a more thorough before/after evaluation using just websites I visit frequently and see if it's noticeable (it does seem quicker visiting various news websites and such).

Yeah...speedtest at dslreports doens't seem to be working right...
I tried the 100K, 200K & 600K test...
each time...the speed would shoot up fast...but when about 90% done...it would stuck for a long while befor refresh to the result page
I actually used google map to test and google map now loads a lot faster compare to pre-mod
The other test I did was loading exact webpages w/ a lot of picts on my a1200 w/ edge and my gf's t629 also w/ edge
From what I can tell, the loading speed seem to be about the same on both phone and you can just tell the speed improvement compare to pre-mod GPRS
