    hi superfly
I have created a project in sf.net. I will let you know when it pass the review of sf.net. You can post your feature request or report the bugs you find there.
The url for this project should be http://sourceforge.net/projects/jstardict if sf.net approve this project I guess.
You can keep on watching it.

    Thanks

The folder for current user for windows users are <user>\Application Data\TeeDict\Dict or <user>/.teedict/dict for linux users.
    3. Add a dict export function. You can use this to prepare the dicts for used in your phone. It can copy all your dicts to a folder and split the large files in it. You can also package the dicts to the jStarDictM.jar for those phones which you can't transfer files to it or you can't make it work.

  8. Default Dictionaries not found

Hi nightwend, well I want to congratulate for your work about the Jstar Dic, I think the idea is so great. Although I have some problems, recently I have your newer version 5.0. I followed many times the instruccions (also with earlier versions):

    1.- Intall program
2.- Modify permision of the program (manual or Hacker java program)
3.- create a directory dict on TF root
4.-Copy dictionaries on another folders (not modifing their name)
5.-Unzip the file xxx.dict.dz with 7zip (also tried with winzip)

When I start the program the dictionaries are not found with your software
I read this on a web page:

This should work for many j2me enabled mobile phone, but I only have a a1200 and I have changed to the modified fireware so I don't know whether this will work on a offical a1200 fireware. If you some try it on other phone, please give the result here.

What do you mean by "j2me enabled mobile phone", maybe there is my problem, or maybe the firmware version, I have this version of firmware: R532L4_G_11.40.1.ARBP

I have bought my phone in La Paz Bolivia, South America

I looking forward to use your software, I think it's great!!!!!! I tried for 5 days allready and don't know why doesn't work.

    PLEASE HELP!!
    jajaj

    thanks

    Rodrigo

    Hi Rodrigo
You can try to rename the folder name to stardict-lexitron-et-2.0-2.4.2. I never meet this before. I use the string after startdict- and before the last stardict version to find the dict name. But for this dict there is a 2.0 in the file names.
I will try to update the software to handle this case in next version.

    Thanks
    Wind

    thank!

JStarDict found lexitron now. first I got your src but It have many file. and I'm too busy to find where is a problem. so Just asking you.

so if 3 files name from dict file is lexitron-et-2.0.*
    folder name should be
    stardict-lexitron-et-2.0-2.4.2 or
    rename 3 files to lexitron-et.*

    is this correct?

and I install jStar dict into my pc instead of online http://dict.longdo.com too. It's very fast than my old lexitron java dict.
