Hi,
I don't know about a1600, but for volume, if your firmware support autorun,startup,ecc. you can mount --bind another ezx_volumetable.cfg
For others problem you can check with ekonsole running the applications or script.
Also strace can help.

i m not able to install the application itself--
its showing me invalid file while installing
i tried installing with mpkg 3.1 Is There n e other way to increes the volume of my speaker
