How do you use this ecap 1.3 thingy,

I have downloaded the zip file, and uncompressed it to find a ecap.pkg file.

So what do you do with this .pkg file?

p/s: i would like to capture screenshots on my pc, and even better if i can display the screen on my pc real-time.
