Mobile Junkies :: View topic - Fingerpad for E6
will it enable the scrol bar?
if yes then procedure plz......
There is a way that you can "enable" scroll bar. This is just a trick. First you can create a quickpage or quicknote by typing all the spaces in the page. I prefer create quickpage as you can create more spaces with it. Go to compose message and by importing the quickpage file created you will see the scroll bar. Off course before you send out the sms you must delete all the spaces create or else your message would be very long and cost you money.....Think creatively...
I have a suggestion but we need experts to do it.
There is a need to reduce the height of the text box to one-half so that when the text exceeds the text box the scroll bar appears.
Another trick I found.
- tap message menu
- tap option button
- select signature editing
- press Enter Key in standard keyboard (The cursor must be in the 2nd line)
- check "Add signature to all outgoing messages"
- Save
To type message and enable fingerpad, tap the first line of the textbox. Everytime your message exceeds the fingerpad the scroll bar appears.
I feel comfortable now with my E6 when typing messages using my fingers.

You're Welcome!
Any linux experts out there could possibly reduce the textbox as shown below?
In such a way, when we enable the fingerpad it will be shown like the picture below.
And if this will happen, we can use the fingerpad application perfectly.
