    It's 67,5MB (70780199bytes) and its md5sum is "df8c8befd953a7409fa091efbd2ef271". Good luck flashing

Thank you very much kaczus. You probably saved me a great deal of time with the info you provided. The file I originally downloaded was corrupt. The ccmove server is a tricky one to download from. It has to be at a certain time of day. Anyways, after noticing that the md5sum didn't match, I downloaded the file once again. This time I got the match. I'll probably venture into the flashing this weekend. Thanks again for the help. Very much appreciated.

I just wanted to update this thread with news of success. After many months of waiting I have finally been able to mod my ming with the R541_G_11.56.09RBP firmware. I was very careful to follow all the instructions outlined in the Guide to Flashing sticky. In addition, as mentioned above in kaczus's post the A1200E_09R_AP_yan0_080122.sbf file should be 67.5MB (70780199bytes) and its md5sum should be "df8c8befd953a7409fa091efbd2ef271". I believe this is important to check as the first time I downloaded the file it was the proper size but the md5sum didn't match, however after downloading it again it matched fine. If others are interested in flashing their .09R firmware the link provided by kiwiguy at the top of the first post in this thread is from ccmove and contains the file you need "A1200E_09R_AP_yan0_080122.rar". If in North America I think it suggests downloading after 10am EST. Once you have downloaded the file unpack it, check the size and md5sum to make sure it hasn't been corrupted and follow the Guide to Flashing sticky.

As for information on the newly flashed firmware. When checking the version on the phone there seems to be no difference. It still indicates I am running firmware
    R541_G_11.56.09RBP:
    R541_G_11.56RBPFlex:

In addition it comes with yano_mpkg pre-installed and does allow you to uninstall applications through uninstall aps. Both of these functions which I have tested successfully. There is no noticeable difference in the way the phone operates for me and the functions I am currently using, which was my main concern. I hope the information I have provided helps those of you that have been waiting like I was to mod this particular firmware.

I'm trying to lay my hands on this firmware, but all the downloads links to ccmove.com appear to be dead. This link
    http://www8.ccmove.com/temp/yan0/A12...an0_080122.rar
is just returning a Chinese 404, cunningly disguised as a .rar archive...

If anyone can help me out with an alternative download link, or can post the file here, I shall be exceedingly grateful.

    Ta!

Even connected to the internet through usbnet but unfortunately opera didn't want to use that connection. Firmware version is the same so there is a slim chance that motorola will not notice the difference when something breaks.
Also I've noticed that googles translation breaks some of the commands (adds some unnecessary spaces), please see the original post in Chinese for the correct commands.

That's brilliant, thanks. Sorry I didn't manage to find it myself.

Several of the links I've tried form the 'LINKS to A1200 FIRMWARES' sticky are in the same situation, I'm afraid, e.g. http://www8.ccmove.com/temp/yan0/A12..._yan0_APBP.rar etc. suspect this should now be http://www8.ccmove.com/temp/yan0/A12...n0__080224.rar

Thanks again for your help. Much obliged.
