[APP] Underclock - slow cpu speed, increase battery life

This app reduces the procesor frequency to 50mhz but when you listen music, videos or playing games the procesor frequency increase to 208/312 mhz.

Its a modification of overclock app.

Credits for the original creator of the overclock app and mati77 by the apmd file.

Note:when you active it, close the case and open this again for remove the increasing of brightness.

You need open the app whenever power on the phone. Maybe workS in ROKR E6.

Battery life 4 days.

1 little question: this app automatically increases the processor clock when it is needed? Or it must be disabled before listen to music, videos..etc

Thanks. Testing the application now. I've noticed that the standby clock is now turned off. Is that a feature?

well i ran it for a day (half a day actually) and the battery was already used for a day so cant tell you about battery improvement.. but i did notice 3 problems:

1) clock runs at twice the speed.. I noticed this around afternoon when Ming was showing 1700 hours..
I reset the clock , but soon enough it was racing by..

2) Call timer is also freaked out.. getting strange readings

3) Bluetooth connection resetting.

I tested this part 3 times. 2 times with the underclock on and one time off
and both time that underclock was on, the file tranfer got reset around 30% (it was a 20 mb file)

In theory underclocking should not make much difference in standby battery life.
A1200 (and others) suspends to RAM automatically after some minutes of inactivity, it turns off the PXA core clock, so, the underclock mod should make no difference after suspend.

Many users of other forum reported that not work, but WORKS FOR ME!!, why this i post this app

This is a EXCELLENT APP works very good.

The battery life is about 5 days, and don`t have any problem.
