one more thing ,how to add more clock skins ....i have downloaded the clock faces.....
i added them in the skins folder but cant see it in the skins options ...
can anybody help thx ....

Pick one of the images you like, rename it to one of the originals you want to replace... and put it in the skins folder.

The Startup.txt file must be created by you on the root directory of the Transflash/Memory Card. (you could create it with notepad).

Linux as soon as it loads , it will try to locate that file (similar to autoexec or bootup in windows). So, any file there will be executed automatically.

Then, just Copy/Paste this text inside the startup.txt

sleep 18s
/mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownLoad/vistaclocke6/clock &
/mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownLoad/vistaclocke6/calendar &

Thats all, and it works great!

The calendar never started for me and I found a bug in the calendar file. I added .bin to the last line.
exec ./clocke6.bin calendar.conf

The library for the Ming should look like this in clock and calendar(no /diska/.):
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/lib:/usr/lib:$mypath

If we could make it like a link, a desktop link for some app, would be so sweet.

I think if he could release a source code it wouldn;t be hard at all.

The Same author also posted this today. Its a start menu app, that apears to be based on the same platform. I installed it, and it works..... but its all in chinese.

Can we decide what apps are present in the meno or are they predefined??

I found this quite accidently...if u adjust the time in the WORLD TIME app which comes inbuilt with E6 and press ok(increasing one second wudnt make den in ur schedule!!) , the widget adjusts the time itself...the drawback is u have to adjust it every time u launch the widget!!

Very cool! Only problem is I need to keep track of my meetings and the clock where it is would just get in the way.
