i installed both musicID and motoID but i have no luck..

it always say "could not establish a data connection." but it is deducting on my credit everytime i try to run it.

im sure i can connect to the internet because opera mini on my phone is working well. what do you think is the problem? do you think i need to make a data profile named musicID? thanks!

Both versions are working for me. The e6 version it better couse its not asking me for permissions like the e2 version do.

i shared motoID to my sisters n95 and it worked. im so jealous of her, this application is for motorola phones but it isn't workin on my rokr e6 yet it worked on my sisters n95. now, she teases me throw my phone away because its not functioning well...Grrrrrrrrr! also, i've spend a lot of money in this application..it consumes credit even if it is not working. i really want to make it work, so please help me guys.

what do you think is the problem, i can use opera mini and all other browsing application on my phone that means, i have a working data connection. i dunno with this application it always say "musicID cannot establish a data connection".

by the way, thanks to the creator of this application. its really nice to know that our phone can support/run this kind of application. it is "SIMPLY AMAZING!"

I was getting the error message that I could not establish a connection to the data network as well. Even after I changed the connection profile and mot-data-network in the registry txt and also under the apps prefererences. I finally tried to make a new profile named MOTOID and now I'm connecting fine, however, I am getting a network error message when trying to match the song title...probably because I don't have a full signal.

Anyway, try a new profile named MOTOID and point this app to it as suggested in the above posts...this should work for you.

Ya know what gets me...As I mentioned in another thread, my dog ate my daughters phone, so I replaced with a Sony Ericsson Z310a. Its nothing real fancy. Perfect for a teenage girl...

And wouldnt ya know it...besides the time controlled changing wallpapers, this little Sony cheapy came with this feature on it. Its mind boggling.
