THanks, i'll give it a try!
Hello,
Don't know if you guys already know, but Opera Mini 4 Beta 3 is out. I installed it and it is really nice.
One of the features I liked the most was bookmark and speed dial synchronization (the same feature desktop Opera 9.5 has).
It also seems faster and more responsive.
You can view changelog here:

Oh, and I had to uninstall Beta 2. Overwriting it didn't work.
do you know if it has the same font problem as 2?
Some people (including me) have to install a different font to get opera to work. Just wondering if this was still necessary in the new version.
PS. Smaniac, I posted in your lubix thread. Let me know if you have the same connection issues I have. THanks.
Works great, and had no install problems relating to the font issue, although i never had that issue occur before anyways.
Thanks for the heads up Smaniac
No, I didn't have any font problems, and I'm using it since beta 1.
I guess you should try it yourself, maybe it's a firwmare issue.
And have you told them about this problem? That's what betas are for, identified and fixing bugs before the final release. They can't fix a bug they don't know about.
Thanks for the posting smaniac. I have updated info in FAQ sticky

hello, i upgrade my fw from 53p to the 24xp30 and i know it had the issue with the fonts using the beta 2, and i think its still there, i uninstalled it and then restarted the phone and installed it, still no luck, just goes to 16% and quits w/ no warning... i hope they can some how get an alternitive font to work w/ out fw... ohh, and im trying to use MYSTUFF and input the AMCSL.TTF into the usr/language/fonts folder, but its saying no memory left, and i got no apps installed on the phone, so maybe its just unrestricted, then tried to rename the AMCSL.TTF to AMCSL.TTF.bak and insert the new one, no luck, so im askin for some help out there, anyone think this will work or like to try it, let me know how it works out...
i want to make a .lin script to do a font sway, take the AMCSL and throw it to the mem card as AMCSL.TTF.bak and then the one from my mem card to the folder, anyone who knows how to, please let me know, or if its been tried, also, it is possible to access the phone memory while it is off somehow, like to replace or over right files? thank all
