[APP] HORSEPOWER - Multi-Use application

Well, I´m having problems with my touchscreen(Digitizer) and I can´t replace it meanwhile. I can´t buy the touchscreen because I need to import and the price, because of the internal country taxes, goes high.

So, I´m searching for a application that make possible access the programs of cellphone without the touchscreen. I thinking about the use of voice recognition, but I don´t find anything yet...
