[APP] OPIE (Open Palmtop Integrated Environment) for a1200

i made it work, its awesome, i wonder how hard (or if its even possible) to make opie-sheet work outside of opie, i mean like a pkg app on ming's montavista.
And abt shuting down opie w/o having to remove battery, theres a patch, i can post it if anyones intrested.

Yeh man, I'm interested...post the patch. Cause pulling out the battery to end opie is a pain in the butt

Copy quit.desktop to: \opie\apps\Settings
Copy shutdown.sh to: \opie\bin

then unrar it to your root directory of card
install opie.pkg
run it last


Just for testing the soft ,for learning only not for any other purposes

I can make opie simultaneously work with phone interface and no need to reboot but have no time to build it so far. You have:
1. Build qt-embedded-2.3.10 using mkezx's patch and chyp's opieproxy patch.
2. Build opie using above qt-embedded library.
3. Make a script base on eXMMS script and use op and opc from eXMMS as application interprocess.

Yea of course, like eXMMS/Rockbox. Maybe you can try to replace opie qte library using eXMMS qte library + a launcher script + bla..bla..bla.. My English not good enough to explain.
