i m damn sure U ppl r Off-Topic, btw O2 Exec (WM www.seeo2.com ) is better than HTC (WM www.htc.com ). The best thing in WM is editing of all the office documents.

damn...indiacam u had to remind me bout the exec...was plannin on buyin it after my p900...had my heart set on it but my pockets didnt support me...then the e6 came around and im enjoyin every bit of it

No I haven't. But I don't understand why you said it's big. This O2 Exec you said, if it is the same one I found, is a lot bigger, has less memory, WM5, Bluetooth 1.2, and so on. It has a VGA screen, but in no way that makes up for the downsides.

I just want to be sure if the application works against Ming (by against I mean if someone on another phone can connect to the Ming), and if it needs to be findable or just with Bluetooth turned on.

I ask this because I have Bluetooth on 24/7 because of my headset.

This illegal nastiness (called bluesnarfing) requires your BT to be on and discoverable...unless they use bruteforce hacking...which makes them that much sleazier.
