Will there be a time where you'll be paid NOT to use your data plans at all? That could be a real good idea, but I think these AT&T guys are just plain stupid. I bet their legacy system are taking a toll on them already.

doesnt it sound smthn like the incentive given to ppl in india and china for not producing kids.. ie more than one kid
